If you're eager for the sweet taste of fresh strawberries, you're in luck. Our strawberry marshmallow is packed full of REAL strawberry flavor. An untraditional twist on the classic marshmallow treat, our strawberry marshmallow was developed with the intention of providing a fresh, clean strawberry flavor but with an overall feeling that you've just enjoyed the best dessert. To make our strawberry marshmallow we use fresh strawberries, straight from the fields of Holmstead farm in Alabama when available, and puree them with just the right bit of vanilla. We leave the puree with some texture, it's not uncommon to get a piece or slice of strawberry in your strawberry marshmallow bite - it's a delicious surprise! In addition, to really amp up the flavor we add freeze dried strawberry that we blend to a fine powder. This marshmallow treat is the perfect sweet bite after barbeque or fried chicken, as an accompaniment to a glass of lemonade, cup of tea, or simply, deliciously, on it's own just because. We also recommend dipping them in melted chocolate for a chocolate covered strawberry treat!

Roasting Instructions
To roast your marshmallows at home, set your oven to high or broil. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Create a row of cookies, layer chocolate square(s), and marshmallow on top. Do not place the second cookie on top, leave it open-face. Roast for 1.5 - 2 minutes or until golden brown. Because we don't use corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup in our marshmallows they will not burn easily or turn into a puddly goo.

Our marshmallows and s'mores kits are crafted-to-order in small batches. To ensure freshness upon delivery and that your items aren't sitting in a sorting center over the weekends, we ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Every effort is made to ship your order within 48 hours. Shipments should generally arrive within 5 business days depending on your location. Between May - August we include frozen gel packs in the packaging to avoid heat damage. Please be careful to track your orders during these months to limit outside exposure.

Care Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place for up to 2 months. Our marshmallows are dusted with powdered sugar and sealed for freshness. You can extend freshness, deliciously, by keeping them enclosed in an air-tight bag. Try warming your marshmallows for 5 seconds in a microwave or 30 seconds in a toaster oven - it brings older marshmallows back to life.
